The Right to be Regal
If your family members have told you that you are dumb and will never amount to anything and you accepted this 'lie' into your thought process, chances are it has taken hold on your mind as well as your life.
It will then attract those same kind of thoughts to make itself stronger. Where there is unity, there is strenth. Before you know it those strongholds are in your voice, your posture and your eyes.
This is why it is so important to remind yourself that your strength is from the Lord and your are made in Him image. The spirit that dwells within you does not fail.
You are a descendant of royalty and as such you have 'The Right to be Regal!'
The Word
Ecclesiaster 5:2-3
“be not rash with your mouth and let not your heart be hasty to utter anything before God; for God is in heaven and your upon the earth. Let your words be few. A fool’s voice is known by the multitude of his words”
Note, God does not talk much, but when He does it is powerful. He never speaks idol words.
Jesus said, "man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out the mouth of God.”
Try putting your mouth on a fast, speaking His Word only.
Strongholds
Psalms 23:5
"Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over."
The Holy Spirit’s function is to lead you to all truth.
Jesus said, “the truth will make you free”.
When your mind is anointed by God, those evil strongholds cannot take hold. You have the mind of Christ (the anointed one) and your mind will be too slippery for the little critters to hold on to. Yes, Jesus is the smooth operator.
The 23rd Psalm says, “my cup runneth over.” That anointing is bound to overflow and get on somebody else.
Strongholds will make you back away from the presence of God, ever always searching for another source.
Let God be your stronghold and you will never go wrong.
Imagination
II Corinthians 28:9
“the Lord searches all hearts and understands all the imaginations of the thoughts”
Time for imagination check. What’s it up to now? Is it rehearsing things it saw?
Downloading scary images of what could happen?
What if you lots money – not if you found some. What if you lost your job instead of what if I received a promotion? What if I die of this disease?
In every instance I found imagination was mentioned, most of the time in scripture, it was called evil. How about using God’s imagination instead of our own?
All the images that He speaks in the spirit realm are GOOD, TRUE and PERFECT!
New Beginnings
Psalms 18:28
“For thou will light my candle: the Lord my God will enlighten my darkness”
When you enter into a new season it is generally met with crisis.
God is allowing circumstances to prepare you for a new thing.
In some cases, the atmosphere may have to change.
In dark times know that the stars come out at night. WAIT and TRUST that He is working in your behalf and watching ever so closely.
He will show you through revelation and a Savior.
However, obedience is the key.
Romans 5:1
"All who receive God's abundant grace and freely put right with Him will rule in life through Christ."
Prayer
Thank you for providing me even the faith to believe. You are perfection Oh God. Nothing catches you by surprise, not even when I blow it. Like a loving father you still are merciful and allow me room and time to grow into your image.
